People treat a podcast and their website SEO as two separate jobs on two separate to-do lists. That is the mistake. Run right, they are one flywheel, and each side turns the other faster.
Follow the loop. You record an episode, which is a real conversation with someone your buyers care about. That episode becomes a page on your site, with a transcript and the video, written to answer a question people actually search. The page ranks, so strangers find it. Some of those strangers are exactly the people you would want as guests or clients, which feeds the next round of episodes. Round and round, and every turn leaves behind an asset that keeps working.
The reason it compounds is that nothing gets thrown away. A normal podcast produces a download and a memory. This one produces a download, a ranked page, a stack of clips, a newsletter, and a relationship, all from the same hour. The search side gives the podcast reach it could never get on its own, and the podcast gives the search side a steady supply of genuine content to rank, which is the part most sites are starving for.
The catch is that the flywheel only spins if both sides are actually turning. A podcast with no pages behind it is leaving most of its value on the floor. A site with no podcast feeding it is grinding out generic content that sounds like everyone else. Together they cover each other’s weak spots.
This is the engine underneath the whole Compounding Channels Framework, and it is why we do not sell podcast production and websites as unrelated services. They are two halves of one machine.
See how the halves fit on The Compounding Channels Framework, or book a call and I will show you where your flywheel is missing a side.
