Meet Emma, master coaches, and the powerhouse duo behind Conscious Success™. She founded her company because she saw a huge gap in the market: no one was helping women to do the holistic inner and outer work required to heal from the core drivers of burnout, finally uncover their true purpose, and then figure out how to actualize it in their careers to create lives that feel fulfilling and free

With 20 years of combined experience in coaching, business strategy, and corporate leadership, Emma doesn’t just bring expertise; she brings the real talk, the laughs, the vulnerability, and the wisdom of women who have genuinely walked the path of self-discovery and bravely transformed their careers.

Emma, a former tech executive in the Bay Area, hit seven figures by 27 but realized she was climbing the wrong mountain. After battling clinical burnout, she healed from perfectionism, reclaimed her inner creative, and now thrives as a twin mom, home cook, yogi, and master coach.

Emma has successfully transitioned from careers that “sounds good on paper” to ones that make them pinch themselves and genuinely ask, “It gets to be this good?!” Now, she is on a mission to help other women do the same, defining a new, more authentic form of success – conscious success.

Together she created and has coached hundreds of women through their 5 Step Conscious Success Method™—a holistic approach to true career transformation.

The 5 Step Conscious Success Method™

Clear the Conditioning – Rewrite the paradigms, beliefs, and expectations that are causing you stress and keeping you stuck. Reprogram your mindset to support who you innately are and what you desire to do.

Come Back to Regulation – Release stuck emotions and unprocessed traumatic events to rewire your nervous system for embodied safety. Create new capacity to hold the life and career you genuinely desire without self-sabotage.

Connect with Your Purpose – Reconnect with your True Self, your gifts, and your passions in order to clarify the work you’re meant to do and the impact you’re meant to have.

Clarify Your Transition Path – Reverse engineer your end goal into a tangible strategy with a series of actionable steps to move from where you currently are to where you desire to be.

Co-create through Easeful Action – Meet intention with aligned action, and as you receive feedback from the universe, continue to implement, iterate and be redirected. Let your aligned path reveal itself as you take steps forward toward your vision and along the journey grow into the person you were always meant to be.

As they’ve seen time and time with their coaching clients, these 5 steps inevitably lead to Conscious Success—not just surface-level “success,” but the deep embodiment of who you are and the work you’re meant to do.
