Audiobook production

You wrote the book. Now let it compound.

An audiobook puts your ideas in the ears of people who never sit down to read. We handle the entire production, from narration to Audible, so the book you already wrote keeps working for you.

Why Heartcast

You don't have to do this alone.

The same team behind 1,000+ podcast episodes produces your book. Broadcast quality is the floor, not the ceiling.
Narrate it yourself with an engineer directing every session, or pick a professional voice from our narrator pool.
Consult, recording, editing, mastering, and distribution. One team manages the whole project for you.
We prep your files to platform spec and upload to Audible and every major player. You promote, we produce.

Your buyers are already listening.

Audiobooks are the fastest-growing format in publishing, and business listeners are driving it. Your audience is on commutes, in gyms, on planes. If your book only exists in print, you're invisible to them.

For a founder or expert, the audiobook isn't a nice-to-have. It's the version of your book most likely to be finished.

We produce anthology audiobooks with per-author pricing, so the audiobook gets made without waiting for unanimous yes. Each author records their own chapter with an engineer directing the session.

FAQ

You've got questions, we've got answers.

What does an audiobook cost?
We price per finished hour: $800 if you narrate, $1,200 with a professional narrator. A finished hour is an hour of final, polished audio, not studio time. A typical business book is 5 to 7 finished hours, so most projects land between $4,000 and $8,400. You'll have an exact quote after the kickoff call.
Should I narrate it myself or hire a pro?
If the book is built on your voice and your authority, narrate it yourself. Our engineer directs every session, so you'll sound like a pro even if you've never done this. If you'd rather not, we'll match you with a narrator whose tone fits the book.
Why not just use AI narration?
You can, and for some books it's fine. But if your book exists to build your authority, the voice is the point. Listeners spend five hours with you. An AI voice spends five hours reminding them you didn't. For a business book, the narration is the relationship.
Do I keep control of the project?
Completely. You proof every chapter before it ships, and nothing is final until you approve it.
How does it get on Audible and Amazon?
We prep your files to each platform's exact spec and handle the uploads. You focus on promoting the book, we handle everything else.
How do we get started?
Book a discovery call. Our engineer Mike will walk through your book, your timeline, and which narration path fits, then map the whole production before you commit.
